Mel charges by the hour and doesn't change for different amounts of coverage or shape, but just on how long it takes. Fills and full sets are the same cost, it just depends on the amount of time that you would like her to spend for the coverage that you are looking for.

Consultations are 30 minutes for a discussion about your lashes, what you want, and what design she would suggest for you to get the effect you want. You can put the cost towards the full set if you choose to book a full set.

Sample Sets/Patch Tests are for clients who have reacted to traditional glues in the past. They are about 1hr and 15mins and the cost includes a free removal if you react. If you do not react, you can put the cost towards the full set if you choose to book a full set.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that things come up and plans may need to change. To keep our schedule fair and available for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellations within 24 hours: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund. Consultation deposits or payments will be forfeited.

Cancellations at least 48 hours in advance: If you cancel your appointment 48 hours or more in advance, your consultation deposit will be refunded in full to your original form of payment.

Cancellations between 24–48 hours: Cancellations made within this window are not eligible for a refund, but we may offer the option to reschedule based on availability.
